FAQ

1. If the CD2 connection fails, try replacing a computer, replace a USB cable and try again. 2. if IC card decoding fails, increase the “standard” level, then try decoding again; if the decoding time is too long (over 5 minutes), please confirm whether the target IC card is an M1 proximity card. If it’s another high-capacity card or a CPU card, it can’t be decoded (for example, a bank card, a bus card or another card involving funds); CPU cards can be replicated via the “Card number” button to test whether they can be used in non-paying areas (such as access control, elevator, etc.). 3. if the IC card cannot be written to the ring, first decode the ring’s IC module, then click on “Format card” to format the ring’s IC module and replicate the card again after execution.
